SSC GD Physical Date 2025

The SSC GD Physical Test schedule for 2025 has been formally declared by the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). Between August 20 and September 11, 2025, the Physical Efficiency Test (PST) and the Physical Endurance Test (PET), as well as document verification and medical exams, will take place.
SSC GD Constable Physical Date 2025 Out
A total of 53690 positions for Constable (General Duty) in the BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR, SSF, and NCB will be filled through the SSC GD Constable test. A selection of 394121 candidates—353908 men and 40213 women—who passed the written test will be invited to take the PST and PET.
The Boards of CAPFs will administer the SSC GD Physical Test 2025 in 30 locations between August 20 and September 11 of that year, with 1500 applicants per location per day. On August 9, 2025, all selected applicants for the PST/PET exam received their physical exam admission cards via the official website, http://www.crpf.gov.in.

SSC GD Physical Test 2025
Male and female candidates for the General Duty Constable positions are evaluated physically by the SSC GD Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). While the PET requires candidates to finish a race under predetermined time limitations, the PST assesses candidates’ height, weight, and chest size, if required.
To be shortlisted for the DME/DV stage, candidates must pass both the PST and PET. This recruitment campaign will result in the appointment of General Duty Constables in the BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR, SSF, and NCB for those who successfully complete all phases of the SSC GD selection procedure.
Constable PST
The purpose of the SSC GD Physical Standard Test is to determine if the selected applicants meet the necessary physical specifications, which include height, weight, and chest measurements.
Physical Requirements for Male Candidates
In addition to being at least 170 cm tall, male applicants in the General, SC, and OBC categories must have a minimum chest expansion of 5 cm and an unexpanded chest measurement of 80 cm. The following lists the height and chest dimensions of male applicants that fall into other categories.

PST for Female Candidates
Female applicants will not have their chests measured during the SSC GD Physical Standard Test. Female candidates from scheduled tribes must be at least 150 cm tall, while those from general and OBC categories must be at least 157 cm tall.

Constable PET
Following the conclusion of the PST test, the commission will administer the SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test 2025. Both male and female competitors must finish the race within the allotted time frames if they are from Ladakh or another location.
Constable PET for Male Candidates
Male applicants from the Ladakh area must finish the 1.6-kilometer race in 7 minutes, while candidates from other regions must finish the 5-kilometer race in 24 minutes.

Constable PET for Female Candidates
For female candidates who belong to the Ladakh region, the physical running time is 5 minutes in 800 meters and candidates who belong to other regions have to complete 1.6 Km running in 8½ minutes.

Medical Examination
A detailed medical examination (DME) and review medical examination (RME) would be required of all applicants who were deemed eligible in the PET/PST exam. To assess their physical and medical fitness, shortlisted applicants will go through medical exams administered by the Medical Boards set up by the CAPFs.
