Key Responsibilities (Department-Wise)

🔬 Production Department (OSD / API)

• Handling Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Packing operations.

• Operating machines such as Glatt, Fette, Auto Cartonator (WKH-100), CVC Labeling.

• Exposure to bulk & blister packing preferred.

• Following SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols

Quality Control (QC)

• Performing HPLC / GC / Stability / IP/FP analysis.

• Managing documentation as per WHO-GMP, USFDA, and MHRA standards.

• Understanding of environmental monitoring, microbial analysis, and instrument calibration is an added advantage.

📋 Quality Assurance (QA)

• Experience in IPQA, AQA, Documentation.

• Handling Process Validation (PV), Change Control, Deviation, and CPV activities.

• Exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA, TGA.

🧾 Stores / Dispensing

• Experience in Receipt, Dispensing, Material Handling.

• Knowledge of SAP / ERP Systems is desirable.

• Managing raw material inward & outward with compliance.
