Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Handling customer calls and emails (Blended process – voice + non-voice).
- Providing accurate and timely solutions to client queries.
- Maintaining professional communication in English and Hindi.
- Managing both technical and non-technical support cases.

Work Schedule
- Shift: 6 days rotational shifts (1 rotational weekly off)
- Leaves: No casual leaves during the first 3 months
